Netflix is an awesome DVD rental service. But the reason Netflix is one of my favorite services is the streaming functionality for hundreds of movies and TV shows.

The new G. I. Joe movie has been generating quite some buzz and I, for one, am looking forward to seeing it in movie theater. Hopefully in Imax.

Hulu has struck the sweet spot between legally licensing network TV content and creating an aesthetically pleasing website with embedded TV shows, movies, trailers and other video content. The website always had ads placed in between video segments about 10min or so apart.
