MozyHome works pretty well for me – on both Mac and PC. MozyPro needs a lot work, however – the interface is extremely convoluted and not user friendly at all.

Hello…
I am not siding with the reviewer nor I am from Mozy… but I would just like to point out that the “taking days to upload data initially” problem would likely to be a problem of all online backup offers since the time to upload all the data will depend on the size of your backup (can be 100MB up to hundred's of GB) and your ISP upload limit.
And for the customer support, I never had to contact them, so I can't give an opinion about it.

You did a great job of pointing out the pros of Mozy, but no cons? Don't get me wrong - Mozy is great. In fact, they're the top-rated online backup service at http://www.onlinebackupsreview.com/reviews.php, but a true review would mention the cons, including poor customer support and the biggest con of ANY online backup service, taking days to upload data initially.

The link is an affiliate arrangement that makes you money. Is this really ethical? You are promoting a company that pays you every time someone signs up. Does this really sit well with every one out there???

I am not sure how many people will agree with me, but I am really not a big fan of such reviews, which tend to persuade the reader to sign up instead of an honest opinion.
