Flickr Says No To Microsoft Yahoo Deal
One of the most prized possessions of Yahoo! is the free photo sharing website Flickr. Since anyone can very easily create account and upload and share pictures and images Flickr can be a means to a demonstration. BoingBoing reported an interesting post on how several users of Flickr are using pictures to express themselves. This should be a clear indication to Yahoo! board members that users would lose trust if they allow the deal with Microsoft to go through. So what are the Flickr users saying? sonicwalker, Judland, and xenolon are a few users who have posted interesting pictures regarding the deal. A quick search of “Microsoft yahoo” on the site reveals a lot more.
