Dell's Massive 30inch Widescreen Flatpanel LCD Launched At CES
The age of dinosaurs might be over but a different breed of giants is taking their place. Dell brings forth a 30” display at CES convention this past week. The features are outstanding and speak for themselves: 2560 x 1600 native resolution, Dell TrueColor technology (it’s Dell’s first panel to reproduce 100% of the NTSC color gamut), an 8ms response time, and a 3000:1 contrast ratio. From a design perspective, it features a brushed aluminum housing, a glass base stand, and a Dell-patented cantilever arm that provides great flexibility in terms of height adjustability, swivel and tilt.
Connectivity is something that makes this LCD stand out of the crowd. Dell has covered every conceivable connector and ports while designing this display. As the picture shows connections include Analog, DVI-D (Digital) with HDCP, HDMI, S-Video, Component, Composite, DisplayPort. For $2000 this display can be yours today. It might be an expensive option compared to some other displays out there but this is the best 30” monitor on the market.
